Nylahflights Limited (“Nylahflights”, “we”, “us”, “our”) operates nylahflights.com and related
sites, tools, and mobile experiences (the “Services”). We provide a travel search and comparison
platform for flights, stays, and related travel products.

We aggregate offers from airlines, online travel agencies, hotels, and other providers
(“Partners”).
You can search, filter, and compare options.
When you choose an offer, we redirect you to the Partner. All bookings and payments occur on
the Partner’s website/app.

We do not sell tickets, hotel nights, insurance, or other travel products.
We do not act as your agent, broker, or insurer.
We do not recommend one Partner over another; results reflect Partner data and your filters.
Partner trademarks and logos appear for identification only.

Personal, non-commercial use only unless you have our written affiliate agreement.
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable law.
You are responsible for information you submit and for keeping your devices and accounts
secure.

Prices, taxes, fees, baggage rules, and availability may change and can differ between search
results and the Partner’s checkout page.
The Partner’s page is authoritative for final price, fare rules, taxes/fees, seat/baggage options,
and conditions of carriage.

When you leave our site to book, you enter a contract with the Partner, not Nylahflights.
Cancellations, changes, refunds, and customer service are handled by the Partner under their terms
and policies.

You agree not to:
Use the Services unlawfully or in violation of these Terms.
Scrape, crawl, harvest, or extract data except via permitted interfaces.
Bypass security, rate limits, or access non-public areas.
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or post false, misleading, or infringing content.
Use automated tools to submit excessive or abusive requests.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8 Intellectual property

The Services, including text, UI, graphics, logos, and software, are protected by IP laws. You
receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. Do not
copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

operation or of price/availability persistence until Partner checkout. Travel is subject to
third-party rules, government requirements, and events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nylahflights and its affiliates are not liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of
profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the
greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific Service giving rise to the
claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nylahflights from claims, damages, liabilities, costs,
and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, your
violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

post updates. Your continued use signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

of the courts in Kingston, Jamaica.
